Shipping via value courier or delivery service
As soon as we have received your payment in our account, we will hand over your order to our delivery partner. You will be notified of this by email.Order value up to CHF 25’000
Delivery is made within approx. 2–5 working days after payment confirmation by personal handover to you. A representative of the value courier company will contact you by phone within 3 working days to arrange a suitable delivery date and, if necessary, further details.For private addresses, receipt of the shipment must be documented by the driver. Please have a valid official ID (identity card or passport – original or certified copy) ready. If you are not personally present, please provide us with the full names of the persons authorised to receive the shipment.

Shipping costs for this delivery method are CHF 25.00.

Delivery is free of charge.
In general, regardless of the net order value: Two delivery attempts will be made to the agreed address (private or business). If no authorised person is present during the second delivery attempt, the shipment may be held for collection. Please refer to the notification left by the delivery service or value courier for further details. If delivery is made to a business address, it will generally be handed over at the company’s usual mail reception point. Our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled at that point. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. It is not possible to arrange exact delivery times.

For identification, this person will need the following documents: a written authorisation from you, a copy of your ID, and their own ID or passport (original or certified copy).

Personal collection at a Degussa store
Once your payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation by email. The goods will then be shipped to the store you selected and will be ready for collection within 2 to 5 working days. Collection must take place within a period of 4 weeks.For your own security, you must identify yourself when collecting the goods. Please bring a valid official ID (identity card or passport – original or certified copy). Please ensure that the address on your ID matches the address provided in the order. If you are collecting the goods on behalf of someone else, we also require a written original authorisation from the buyer as well as their ID for verification of data and signature. You can download the authorisation form here. Please understand that we generally cannot accept simple copies.
