Shipping methods

To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your order, different shipping providers are used depending on the order value.
 

Orders up to CHF 10’000

Orders with a value of up to CHF 10’000 are sent by registered mail via Swiss Post. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
 

Orders from CHF 20’000 to CHF 60’000

Orders with a value between CHF 20’000 and CHF 60’000 are delivered by the shipping provider Planzer. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
 

Orders over CHF 60’000

For security reasons, orders with a value of more than CHF 60’000 are delivered by the secure courier company Helveticor.

The delivery appointment and all further information regarding the delivery will be communicated directly by the appointed carrier.
