Payment methods

Online payment: Prepayment (bank transfer)

Payment of the purchase price and additional costs is made free of charge by advance payment. Please transfer the full invoice amount within 3 working days after receiving the order confirmation to the following bank account:

As soon as we have received and verified your payment, your order will be dispatched according to the selected delivery method – either to you, to our Degussa high-security storage, or to the selected location for collection. You will be informed by email (payment confirmation). Please note that processing of your order may be delayed or the order may be rejected in the case of payments made by third parties.

Payment on site in a store: cash or card

In our stores, you have the option to conveniently pay for your order upon collection. During the ordering process, select collection in a store. Payment is made directly on site at the time of collection – either in cash, by debit card or by credit card. Please note the applicable legal regulations regarding cash payments.

A fee of 2.5% applies for payments by credit card. Payments made with the PostFinance card are exempt from this fee.
