Gold bar - 1 oz - Degussa New Design

We offer the world-renowned Degussa gold bars in weights ranging from 0.5 g to 1 kg. Our bars in the sizes 0.5 g, 1 g, 2.5 g, 5 g, 10 g, 20 g, and 50 g are minted, while the larger sizes (250 g, 500 g, and 1,000 g) are cast in the classic style. The 1-ounce and 100-gram gold bars are available in both minted and cast forms.

The 1-ounce Degussa gold bar is an excellent choice as a gift or for small investors. The gold bar, stamped on its edge with the traditional Degussa sun-moon diamond, has—like all our gold bars—the highest fineness of 999.9/1,000. The front of the gold bar features the Degussa logo, the fineness, and the weight. The reverse side was redesigned in early 2025 and features a delicate pattern of symmetrically arranged Degussa diamonds, which not only serves as an aesthetic highlight but also functions as an additional security feature.  The blister pack is the size of a business card and provides secure protection against scratches.
