Right of withdrawal and exceptions

Our presentation of the goods in the precious metals online shop offers exclusively goods whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets over which we have no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period. For this reason, pursuant to the exception contained in Article 103(b) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, the consumer has no right of withdrawal – not even in distance contracts concluded with consumers. Your order is therefore binding immediately upon its receipt by us and cannot be withdrawn by you. Your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to the contract for the storage and safekeeping of the goods in Degussa's warehouse (storage contract) concluded together with the purchase contract remains unaffected by this; we will inform you separately about your right of withdrawal in this respect.
