Online payment: advance payment (bank transfer)

Payment of the purchase price and ancillary costs is made free of charge by advance payment. Please transfer the full invoice amount within 3 working days of receiving the order confirmation to the following bank account:

As soon as we have received and verified your payment, your order will be shipped – depending on the chosen shipping method – either to you or to the Degussa branch you selected for self-collection. We will inform you of this by email (payment confirmation). Please understand that further processing of your order may be delayed, or the order rejected, in the case of payments made by third parties.

Payment on site at the branch: cash

At our branch, you have the option of conveniently paying for your order upon collection. During the ordering process, select self-collection at the branch. Payment is made directly on site in cash.

Please note the applicable legal provisions for cash payments. Cash payments are possible up to an amount of €10,000.
